"It is great," reported a patient who used it for two and a half months. "It is the best thing that has ever come out. I have an internal staph infection in my body, injury in my leg, and lots of pain. After 2 1/2 months, the pain is almost completely gone." The swelling in her legs is going down. The week before she spoke with our interviewer, she reported, "the past week has been even better. I got off of pain medication last week. I'm getting well. I take about a half a dropper a day. D. has Polymyalgia Rheumatica along with numerous allergies and multiple health problems involving her heart, circulation and bladder. She was given Prednisone to cope with the pain. At first she felt relief but then she developed leg ulcers. It was found she could not tolerate Prednisone and she was weaned gradually. She said at the time that her blood pressure was 270 over 120.
She describes her condition as such, "I was in so much pain, I can't even describe it. I could not even go out of the house, I had problems getting up out of a chair, I could not even lift my arm. I had to quit my job. I had severe pain in my hip and was limping. I was living on pain killers." She was sent to the McLaren Wound Center for the ulcers and was treated there. She said that the only substance her body did not reject on the wound site was sterile water, so that was all that could be applied to the leg ulcers, which penetrated all the way to her bones. The ulcers were not healing and her tissues were breaking down. She consulted an Osteopath. He began treating her with Meyers IV (a nutrient IV) around April 20th 2004.
